Most Healthy & Tasty green Papaya mashed cooking using Hilsa/Elish/ilish fish by my village women.
Papaya is very much healthy food. We have made new recipe using hilsa fish with papaya.
I know lot of peoples already eat papaya mashed (Pepe Vorta) many different way but using hilsa fish with the papaya is rare & tasty village food cooking by my village women & instructed by my Grand Ma.
Here Hilsa fish & papaya fish cut into small small pieces then first Hilsa fish curry was cooked by women.
Then they boiled the papaya and pasted it and then mix up all with the hilsa fish & masala.
